My passion for mental health began with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, where I developed a strong understanding of human behavior and emotional well-being. I later pursued a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, which reinforced my commitment to helping others through psychotherapy.
Initially, I was fascinated by criminal psychology and considered a career in criminal profiling. However, as I continued my studies, I realized my true passion lay in helping individuals, couples, and families heal and grow through therapy.
